MCS Rental Software, the global leader in rental software solutions, is the headline sponsor at Eurotoi 2022. In light of MCS Rental Software's steady growth in Germany, the company has become the headline sponsor for the portable sanitation specialist exhibition, Eurotoi 2022.
At Eurotoi 2022, visitors can expect to see live demonstrations of MCS Rental Software on stand A07, showing the entire rental process digitalised from start to finish. The all-in-one solution allows rental businesses to maximise profit by utilising their fleet to empower growth. Guy van der Knaap, MCS Managing Director, explains,
"No matter the shape or size of your business, reaching goals takes commitment and consistency. At MCS, we provide endless support from the moment rental businesses start their journey with us. We are fully dedicated to ensuring hirers get the most out of their software solutions to reach their goals and ambitions."
One of the latest developments from MCS Rental Software is its new mobile functionality allowing drivers to store GPS details with site photographs to make it easier to locate the equipment. This time-saving feature makes servicing and collecting equipment quick and precise for drivers and engineers.
GPS features have also been enabled in MCS Rental Software when taking the rental order. Hirers can now record GPS details of exactly where their equipment is required on-site, meaning better customer service and easier delivery to large construction or event sites.
On-site signatures, checklists and additional GPS photographs are instantly available in MCS-rm so that hirers can invoice with supporting documentation to reduce queries and improve cash flow. Nick Thomson, MCS Sales Director, continues,
"The difficulty in locating assets on large construction or event sites increases the time it takes to complete a job. The ability to store site photos and GPS location details greatly benefit the portable sanitation, generator, and cabin rental industries."
Another software feature on show at Eurotoi 2022 includes the improvements to route planning. With the ability to logically plan journeys based on engineer location, suitability and qualifications, hirers can optimise servicing, delivery and collection routes, use less fuel and resources, and save time and money.
Engineers on the road can also now update service records on the move via MCS Workshop Mobile, making the on-site servicing and breakdown process more efficient with documentation and updates live in the central MCS-rm system. Guy concludes,
"Once contracts are complete, the system can quickly distribute invoices at the click of a button; previously, this entire process would have taken days, if not weeks. Also, in the head office, rental controllers can now view real-time progress to identify which jobs have been completed, making it easier to perform ad hoc jobs and make last-minute schedule changes."
MCS Rental Software and Asset Management solutions will be displayed at stand A07 at Eurotoi 2022. The MCS team will be providing free demos of its rental software and asset management solutions to show how hirers can continue growing and managing their rental fleets with ease.
