Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator – Benelux Dutch Speaking

An opportunity has arisen for the role of Benelux Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator on a part-time basis.

Our company

MCS is a UK-based technology company providing leading rental management solutions that are trusted by hundreds of companies in more than 30 countries worldwide.

The role

The role will involve working remotely and will be split between telemarketing / prospecting activity as well as a variety of other marketing and Dutch translation work, flexing as business demands change. It will include between 20 – 35 hours a week on a flexible basis.

The role will involve:

  • Be able to generate leads from prospects via outbound calls, emails, research and to develop strong relationships with prospects in order to
    • understand when they will review their existing IT systems
    • promote MCS software solutions
    • to make qualified sales appointments for the sales team
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries by website, telephone and email.
  • Collaborating to create a Benelux region marketing activity plan with marketing campaigns.
  • Creating Dutch marketing collateral, such as customer case studies or news articles.
  • Supporting our Benelux Sales team.
  • Owning and data cleansing the Benelux CRM database.
  • Reviewing externally translated Benelux marketing materials and localising them to a consistently high standard.
  • Some translation of UK materials into Dutch.
  • Content creation for Dutch social media channels
  • Helping to organise and represent MCS at exhibitions and events.
  • General administration support.


The ideal candidate would:

  • Be fluent in Dutch and English. Any other spoken languages would be a bonus.
  • Ideally be based in the Netherlands or in the UK
  • Be a great communicator – able to write well and convey an idea.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to understand prospect requirements in a short space of time.
  • Have solid experience of outbound B2B calling, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Be self-motivated with a commitment to continual improvement
  • Be able to contribute ideas or new strategies.
  • Have worked in marketing or sales in a previous role.
