Transform Your Payments & Invoices with Latest Enhancement from MCS Rental Software
MCS Rental Software is proud to announce an update to payments within RM Web, its digitalised rental management platform. This enhancement allows rental businesses to view and manage customer payments all in one place, simplifying while speeding up the entire payment and invoicing process.
Built to support rental teams in their day-to-day operations, the new payments view in RM Web displays the status of all customer payments – whether invoices have been paid or are currently outstanding – at a single glance. A simple colour system provides ultimate visibility, with paid invoices highlighted in green with a ‘paid’ signifier, and outstanding payments flagged in red.
Rental businesses can then go through each outstanding item and collect payments, redistribute, or apply credit notes as required.
As well as this, the system allows users to add a payment link directly onto the invoice document, meaning their customers can simply click the link and finalise an outstanding payment quickly and easily. Once the invoice is paid, the payments view in RM Web is instantly updated with the green ‘paid’ signifier.
