”Project Power uses the picking and checking function for every job. A small warehouse team scans everything as they leave and when they return to the warehouse. This includes all our cables, fuel tanks and distribution boards and can include anything up to 2,500-3000 items per contract. The check-in function has proved invaluable to ensure all our equipment has been returned. We know the whereabouts of all our assets at any given time which we didn’t know in the past and items frequently went missing.”
