The challenge

DTS Solutions was looking for a rental software that would save time and bring all rental processes together in one system. The company needed software that could flexibly adapt to changing needs and provide valuable technological innovation for the telecommunications industry.

The solution

DTS Solutions now uses MCS-rm to manage the rental activities. With functionalities such as radio frequencies, availability planner, stock management and clone contracts.

Radio frequencies

When we send our paperwork to the technicians, we have to tell them what frequencies they need. Previously we could not realize this in our system. We therefore created the frequencies tab. Now we can type in all that information and it will appear on our order list. In this way, the right equipment is chosen and the technicians always know how to set up the equipment.

Availability Planner

Thanks to the availability planner, all the necessary information is visible on the screen. The planner is easy to use and has already saved us countless man hours. We were used to using spreadsheets, but because we have many different parts and products, it was a lot of work to coordinate all databases.

Inventory management 

We use the system not only for the rental, but also for the sales team. It is very important to have quick access to information about our stock. Especially when we are in contact with customers. Thanks to the system, we can immediately see what we have in stock for each item. All departments are integrated in the system.

Clone Contracts

Simply copying contracts saves us a lot of time, as many events are repeated in similar execution. For example, some events take place every quarter. Previously, we would have to do all the work from a spreadsheet again.

Consolidated Rental Processes

MCS-rm helps to bring everything into one system which works much better than different systems for different processes. Questions and orders are saved in the system, which helps prevent you from missing or forgetting something.
